James Dean (born 02/08/31 in Marion,IN) began his movie career in 1951 with the film Fixed Bayonets although this was just a small role which was followed up by another small role in the comedySailor Beware and 1952's Has Anybody Seen My Gal? Dean was also in various Television dramas and also appeared on Broadway inSee The Jaguar andThe Immoralist. His three major movie credits are East Of Eden Rebel Without A Cause and Giant. Sadly on September 30, 1955 this amazing actor was killed in an auto accident. |

Like James Dean, Julie was also a member of The Actors Studio. She has had a tremndous career on Television. Most recently on the drama series Knots Landing(1981-87). Some of her movie credits inlcude The Member Of The Wedding(1952), I Am A Camera(1955), The Haunting(1976), Gorillas In The Mist(1988) & Bad Manners(1998) Love Is Strange (1999) & The First Of May (1999) Julie has also made notable guest appearences on several television series over the years including Family Ties (1982) The Outer Limits (1995) and classic westerns such as Rawhide, Laredo, Bonanza, Big Valley & The Virginian. His film career includes Abe Lincoln In Illinois(Best Actor Oscar Nomination,1940), Arsenic and Old Lace(1946), Battle Cry(1955) & How The West Was Won(1963). On Television Massey starred as Dr.Leonard Gillespie inDr.Kildare(1961-66). Raymond Massey passed away from pneumonia on July 29, 1983. |

He has also won an Oscar for Gentleman's Agreement(1947) and nominated for another for the film version ofStreetcar Named Desire(1951). His phenomenal career has included A Tree Grows In Brooklyn(1945), On The Waterfront(Best Director Oscar, 1954), Baby Doll(1956), Splendor In The Grass(1961) & The Last Tycoon(1976). Sadly, Elia Kazan passed away on September 28 2003 from natural causes. |
