James Dean

James Dean has certainly lived on and he was indeed a great talent. Forty-nine years after his death he is still one of the most recognizable faces in today’s society. He is still loved all over the world by fans of all ages. This page is my tribute to him.

Today In Dean History: November 1951 – Gets a job testing stunts on the tv game show ‘Beat The Clock. November 12th 1952 – Along with Christine White, auditions for the Actors Studio in scene they have written themselves Ripping Off Layers To Find Roots both are accepted into the Studio. November 30th 1952 – Jimmy returns home to Fairmount for Thanksgiving. November 11th 1953 – Jimmy stars in NBC’s Kraft Theatre production Long Time Till Dawn. November 17th 1953 – The Bells Of Cockaigne airs. November 23rd 1953 – Jimmy stars alongside with Dorothy Gish in Harvest. November 9th 1954 – Padlocks with Mildred Dunnock airs. November 24th 1954 – Pier Angeli marries Vic Damone. November 10th 1956 – GIANT opens in New York.
